Leadership 2.0 Fort Wayne Class of 2020


Leadership 2.0 has been uniquely designed to provide a transformative experience while teaching key leadership concepts and skills. During the 11-week program, participants will learn from area leaders to discover their innate talents for excellence and the tools and techniques to more confidently lead no matter where they are in an organization.

Program Topics
  • Strengths-Based High-Performance Leadership
  • Leading High Performing Teams
  • Leading vs. Managing
  • Self-aware Leadership Principles
  • Core Competencies such as how to read a financial statement, how to build a strategic plan, lead through conflict, and building and conducting performance evaluations, and more.
  • Each participant will be expected to identify and work with a mentor in their company or organization. 
  • Each participant will identify and complete a leadership project within their company or organization.
During the program, participants will receive a series of leadership assessments, selected books, and a training manual and materials.

  • Graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne or Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana Leadership Institute
  • Currently working and/or living in Allen County
  • Full support from employer or organization
  • Commitment to full participation in the program and achieving personal and professional goals

The inaugural cohort will be limited to 16 members. The cost of the program is $1,600.
The program will begin with a two-day retreat on December 5 & 6, 2019.

Program Dates:  December 5 & 6 - Mandatory Orientation. 
Time:  December 5th 12:00-7:00 PM including welcome reception. December 6th 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

January 9 & 23         February 13 & 27        March 12 & 26        April 9 & 23        May 7 & 21
Time:  8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
