Leadership 2.0 Class of 2021


Leadership 2.0 has been uniquely designed to provide a transformative experience while teaching key concepts and skills around the psychology of leadership. During the program, participants will learn to discover their innate talents for excellence and the tools and techniques to more confidently lead no matter where they are in an organization. This program is designed for current leaders in an organization, aspiring leaders or anyone who wants to learn more about the mindset and psychology of leadership to apply to their own growth and development.

  • Strengths-Based High-Performance Leadership
  • Leadership styles and types
  • Leading High Performing Teams
  • Leading, Managing, or Coaching
  • Self-aware Leadership Principles
  • Core Competencies such as how to read a financial statement, how to build a strategic plan, lead through conflict, and building and conducting performance evaluations, and more.
During the program, participants will receive a leadership assessment, detailed training manual, and select books and leadership materials. Continental breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks also provided.

  • Graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne or Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana (YLNI) Leadership Institute
  • Currently working and/or living in Allen County
  • Full support from employer or organization
  • Commitment to full participation in the program and achieving personal and professional goals

The cohort will be limited to 12 participants. The cost of the program is $1,800.

Program meets every three weeks beginning with the orientation in December.

Program Dates:  December 4, 2020  - Mandatory Orientation. 
Time:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

January 7 & 28        February 16        March 11        April 1 & 22        May 13
Time:  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

NOTE:  Every safety measure and precaution will be taken if participants will be meeting in person. Depending on the Covid-19 environment in December, the class may be transitioned to all virtual or a hybrid of both in-person and virtual.
